Abstract: This article focuses on the practice, personal, technological, and logistical
challenges faced in conducting a year of family mediation cases during the
difficult lockdown circumstances surrounding the pandemic. The reflections are
from the author’s own perspective as a family mediator of learning and noticing
patterns in different cases at different points of the pandemic.
